Downtown Entry: Commerce + 37

My idea to improve this place

Make a true entry point for visitors to downtown San Antonio. The first entry point if exiting IH37 and Commerce (the exit says "Downtown") looks like you are entering an abandoned industrial site

So that people could... 

Feel the importance of downtown and get a flavor for what San Antonio is, especially for first time visitors

Because I want San Antonio to be...

I think this is a pretty significant insight. The only problem I foresee is that the "true entry point" would have to be adjusted over the years as the downtown evolves. But that shouldn't be too big a problem.
