OMAHA RIVERFRONT IMPROVEMENT PLAN

Places: Site E: Riverfront at Gallup University

View north toward Gallup campus. Development would begin near tree line and extend along river bend. View west from Gallup Site. Shows waterfront's proximity to downtown.
This site connects to the Bridge Plaza and Miller Landing Park. While privately owned by Gallup University, the office campus, which will include an educational and conference center, will allow some public access to the riverfront. Gallup also envisions building an amphitheatre. The large number of employees and visitors here could create an important anchor at the waterfront's north end and generate foot traffic at the other sites.
