Dana Kitzes

Associate

Dana joined PPS in September 2008 and currently manages PPS’ training programs and speaking engagements. She also assists the President and Senior Vice Presidents on special projects and development work.

Previously, Dana worked as an intern at the Nashville Civic Design Center where she assisted on multiple projects and served as a liaison with the Vanderbilt Community Research and Action program for a PhotoVoice project with youth from the JC Napier Housing Project. She also researched gentrification and community relations in downtown Nashville.

Dana received her B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University in December 2007 where she studied the psychology of individual development and its relationship to group and organizational development. She continued these studies at the community level by completing her M.Ed. in Community Development and Action in 2008 with a focus on urban studies, planning, and policy.
