Vail is a very comfortable village setting with very few vehicles interfering with pedestrian activity. This complex of buildings is one of the great mixed use buildings we have ever seen. It has many levels of use with restaurants and retail stores along with a Hotel. There is a street level and a lower level that is along the river. This building is a Great Public Space
