Federal plazas are perfect locations for cultural and community events. Performers and building managers should work together early on to ensure that the plaza fits the performers' parameters, and to help the peformers understand building managers' issues of concern.
The best places for buskers
Granville Island in Vancouver and Covent Garden in London are probably the best two places for busking but many others support great street perfance as well.
