"Some people may complain about the traffic on Main Street during busy weekends, or the influx of box stores on the Meadow, or a perceived lack of affordable housing.

But Outside magazine has selected Littleton as one of 18 "American Dream Towns," according to a report in the June 30 Chicago Sun-Times newspaper.

Littleton joins the likes of Chicago, Fort Collins, Colo., and Portland, Ore., according to the Sun-Times article."
