February 16: Phil Myrick will be the keynote speaker at the 2006 Wisconsin Business Improvement District Conference, giving a Placemaking presentation to the state’s BID leaders. Though the event is taking place in Madison, WI, Phil will be in NYC giving his presentation via compressed video – a first for PPS!
