		<description><![CDATA[Here in Santa Cruz, CA our Libraries have been feeling the hit of public finance woes for some time.
Despite that, our City/County Library system invited a community Photo Installation (as part of TedTalks Prize winner JR&#039;s Inside Out Project) that celebrated the following quote: &quot;Turns out Libraries have nothing at all to do with silence.&quot;  
The result has been a difference KIND of conversation happening around the Library community.
