Check out the NACTO Urban Bikeway Design Guide (www.c4cguide.org) which provides technical guidance for the most innovative bicycle facilities being built in the US right now (i.e. cycle tracks, bike boxes, bicycle signal heads). Its official release was announced by Jeanette Sadik-Khan last week at the National Bike Summit in Washington D.C.
