Rebirth of Union Station: A Vision for the Plaza

Fred Kent Delivers Keynote Address to Downtown Conference

Fred Kent delivered the keynote address at a downtown conference in Wausau, WI on October 20th. The City has put forth a lot of effort into improving their downtown, and is on its way to becoming an extraordinary place.

Fred also offered some advice on what to do with the City’s downtown square.

Washington Square Agreement Met By Cheers and Groans

The Council is not interested in “reinventing the park or changing its character.” The Council is opposed to a recent agreement on the redesign between the communit’s city councilmember and the parks department.
