    Want Advice
    Hello,
I have an idea for developing a blighted area of downtown South Phoenix. I don’t know how to begin the process of making my idea known to City fathers, or more importantly, a developer willing to think outside the box. Not only will the idea I have bring in economic development into the now depressed area, but it will tag onto established downtown ballparks currently at the southern most part of the downtown area. Light rail is headed in that direction, my idea would be an obvious destination for the rail system now being planned and early stages of building. The area is two blocks from a currently expanding civic and convention center, two major league ball stadiums (winter and summer games), the same distance from the Symphony Hall, and a new development containing shops and a bank building.
Downtown Phoenix is encouraging living downtown, with new condos and lofts being built up Central Avenue from the projected site of my development idea.
Please share with me the protocol for contact to initiate the project idea.
    Thank you.
