		<description><![CDATA[Thanks for the spotlight on Buffalo.

Why the quotation marks around our subway as though it is not the real thing?  The portion that is not above ground carries people underground on trains.

It does not deserve all of the blame for Main Street&#039;s demise as a retail destination.  Every other city in upstate New York has similarly retail-challenged Main Streets and they never closed them to traffic.]]></description>
