		<description><![CDATA[Excellent points made in this article. As an active boomer who has had to modify the length of my walking thanks to arthritis, I would like to add a thought. Whether we are talking about streets and sidewalks or trails and paths, we will be more likely to actually walk if there are benches or other seating  to pause at along the way. In the suburbs I never see see public seating, and in the city, seats are rare, and often require the purchase of a coffee or some such. Sometimes I just want to a little rest, without the caffeine.]]></description>
