		<description><![CDATA[I love these new spaces. Last summer I was on Broadway near 34th and there was a small area of reclaimed pedestrian space at the west edge of Broadway. I loved walking in the space among umbrelled tables.
I live in Park Slope and 3rd street is very wide and one way with a grid to say no cars and a bike lane. I assume no bikes are allowed in the grid, but why not a pedestrian safety space along with the bike lane. Mostly I see cars using this area for double parking.]]></description>
