Baltimore is dense with workers and residents in its central business district. Currently there is very little green space. This is one of the better ideas Baltimore has had in urban planning for some time. Baltimore usually focuses on amenities for visitors not so much for residents and workers. This is great, as long as Baltimore does not use this to support knocking down its current arena to build a new $1B arena someplace else.
