Shin-peis passion for public spaces grew from

of Syracuse, New York to the more densely populated
Boston area, the first of a succession of urban
areas. Since then, Shin-pei has lived and searched
for great public spaces in Taipei, Mexico City,

from the Department of Geography in the City,
Space and Society program.
Shin-pei holds a BA with distinction in government

She continues to develop close relationships
